Developing a practice nurse-led model of care to deliver preconception interventions
This project builds on our early qualitative work investigating the barriers and enablers to the delivery and uptake of preconception care in general practice to develop, pilot, and evaluate an innovative model of care in general practice to deliver practice nurse-led preconception care.
